Functionality and practicality were a priority, which is why porcelain stoneware was chosen for the flooring on the first floor of the townhouse: a light gray shade, Imperiale, from the Charme Evo collection, 45×90 with matt finish. The matt finish is practical and easy to clean for the kitchen-living room, and safe enough for the hallway and bathroom. Charme Evo Statuario marble-effect porcelain stoneware, 60×120 with matt finish, was also used for the kitchen backsplash.
In the bathroom, a popular minimalist style was achieved using Millennium Silver concrete effect tiles, 60×120 with matt finish. The design of the smaller bathroom by the entrance features wall tiles from the Element Silk collection in Neve and Petrolio shades, 25×75.
